Project-based pricing
For one-off engagements, we provide fixed-price quotes after an initial discovery session. All quotes are provided in AUD and are valid for 30 days.
Payment terms
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. Project work is typically billed 50% upfront and 50% on completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. The service remains active until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
